Privacy notice
This notice explains what BrandMatch collects when you use brandmatch.org and how to control it. We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020).
When you contact us
If you send the contact form we receive your name, company, email, phone number, product category and message. We use them only to reply to you and to assess your request, and we keep them as long as we need to follow up.
Visit statistics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used (for example the WhatsApp, phone and email links). It uses cookies and records your device type, browser and approximate location.
Session recordings
If you accept, we also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can find confusing parts of the page. Everything you type in the contact form is hidden from these recordings.
Your choice
Nothing is tracked until you press Accept. If you decline, we ask again on your next visit. An acceptance is remembered for twelve months. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie choices" link at the bottom of every page.
Who else sees this
Google and Microsoft process the statistics and recordings for us on servers that may be outside Egypt. We do not sell your data.
